Hello, I'm Crystal.

When I first started out in this field, I intended to help people live a calm, peaceful life. My theme was "Serenity." However, no matter how hard I tried, I found it difficult to maintain my own sense of serenity as life kept hurling challenges at me. In frustration, I thought, "How can I expect others to do something that I can't even do myself?"

Eventually, my focus shifted to the importance of being resilient- having that quality that helps a person bounce back from hardship and pain. I found that you can't always prevent things from happening. At some point in life you will most likely have a time that you will need to mourn or cope with struggle or some difficult thing. Therefore it is natural that you will not always feel calm and serene. However, the mindset you have and the skills and supports you use can make a huge difference in your overall experience and outcome. This is where Bouncing Back LLC comes in - I help people overcome hardship with hope. My mission is to inspire, teach, and reinforce resilience.
